Make yourself heard and fill in the survey

ASML has invited FNV Metaal to discuss terms of employment in the broadest sense of the word. Before we enter that conversation, we want to know what you think of your current working conditions from you and your colleagues. Help and participate in our research!

Make yourself heard and fill in the survey

ASML has invited FNV Metaal  to a consultation on terms of employment, regardless of the form in which they are established. Just employment conditions in the broadest sense of the word. At the moment, we are still in the middle of a collective labour agreement conflict at sectoral level and, as a rule, we do not enter into discussions with employers in general, since the collective labour agreement that binds parties together has still not been renewed! However, because the ROM (Raad Overleg Metaal) has honoured ASML's request, dispensation on hold, we will, as a great exception, enter into these discussions.

What do you think of your working conditions?

Before these discussions can begin, we would like to know what you think of your terms of employment and working conditions and how you feel about the atmosphere and collegiality within ASML. Therefore, we would like to ask you to fill out the survey via the link below. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The results will be used as a guide for the upcoming talks on employment conditions. We are also interested in the opinions of ASML employees who have not (yet) joined the union.
