The FNV is committed to people who work, not based on their origin, but based on a common goal: fair work for everyone. Everyone who works in or from the Netherlands should be able to earn the same and have the same rights. This also applies to migrant workers and is something we fight for everyday. Migrant workers often work for years for the same employer via ad-hoc contracts. In the meantime, their colleagues may earn much more, accrue much more pension or receive an end-of-year bonus.
