What’s the Mobility Package?
The Mobility Package is a set of European laws and regulations for the transport sector. The aim is to equalize rules in EU Member States to create a fairer European playing field and to improve working conditions for drivers.
The Mobility Package contains new rules for - among other things - driving times and rest periods, cabotage, mandatory return of driver and vehicle and for posted workers in road transport.
