Candidate Works Council elections Prodrive Technologies BV
I 'am Ovidiu Fulop and as a FNV union member, I want to join the Works Council of Prodrive Technologies BV to represent the interests of all production employees. I think it is important that the technicians and logistic handlers are well represented/heard in the new Works Council.
I come from Romania and I'm 39 years old. I'm a qualified engineer with technical backgrounds. I've started my journey in Prodrive 4 and a half years ago in Warehouse. Currently I'm working for Workshop, but I was part also of Cleanroom. My interests are fair labor relations, good working conditions, collegiality and solidarity among employees.
I don't believe in politics, therefore I can't promise anything (of course) but my main goals if I'll be elected would be:
- Ensuring good relations between the people on the shop floor and our managers
- To set up a new salary scheme with correct and objective grading and with good career and promotion opportunities based on objective assessments
- To make sure that the CLA (Collective Labour Agremeent) Metalektro is respected
